How To Lose Weight Using Natural Blend Of Fruits


In this post, you will discover the salient and effective key to lose unnecessary weights from your entire system including the stubborn belly fats. Many people have series of battles with unnecessary body weights especially stubborn belly fat. This has led to loss of self-esteem, depression, fear, insecurity among other negative things of life.


I will, without mincing words, share my personal ordeal on excessive body weights and especially how I lost so many pounds from my belly fats using a good blend of natural fruits. People who saw me after taking the recipe I formulated from my constant research and inquiries, where surprised at how I could drop such an enormous amount of weight. Some others thought I became sick (quite funny though!) because of how effective the recipe worked.


I grew up to realize that I have a natural big and protruding belly. No matter how small an amount of food I ate, the whole thing just keeps shooting out. Many friends and colleagues thought I ate rather too much. Some approached me about the matter to express their sincere concerns while others were probably indifferent since they never asked.


Meanwhile, the whole saga was becoming somehow embarrassing to me. This got me into some emotional conditions that almost ruined my life. This is one of the reasons that drove me into making further research on effective ways of combating this problem.


Why You Need To Shed Off Some Weights

If you have followed this post, you probably easily could guess the obvious reasons why you need to shed off some weights the right way. There are tons of reasons why people do what they do, but here I will outline some remarkable reasons why you must lose some unnecessary weights. These include, to:

  • prevent obesity and other diseases caused by obesity such as cardiac arrest (heart failure)

  • prevent prostate cancer. It is known that men with excess weight are prone to suffer from prostate cancer in the middle age of their life

  • prevent miscarriage during pregnancy. High fetal abortion and mortality rate has been recorded with pregnant women whose weights were rather excessive unlike those with normal weight ceteris paribus.

  • maintain stable emotional life. This is as important as the recipe I will be introducing you to because your emotional life is usually at stake when one gets overweight. People's reactions and comments can leave one in a state of emotional depression.

  • maintain a healthy social and winsome life. With the rising trend in celebrities' profile with stunning and good-looking bodily shape and size, therefore those whose body stature, texture and appearance are not as that of the celebrities are left in social bankruptcy. So, the urge to belong to the larger society springs up a desire to appear acceptable.

  • prevent protracted sicknesses and diseases at old age

  • maintain a positive and healthy self-esteem

  • look more attractive so as to secure that job, win that contract, win the heart of your lover etc

Healthy Recipe For Losing Weight

Now, I'm going to unveil the magic wonder-working recipe for losing weight, the procedure for the preparation and the appropriate direction for consumption. These are Cucumber fruit, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon and Natural Honey.

Procedure for preparation

  • For a three (3) days recipe, take one ear of the cucumber, wash and slice into pieces

  • Take one bulb of ginger, wash and grind or blend into smaller pieces. You may or may not peel off the skin, there is no hard and fast rule here

  • Take one bulb of garlic, do same as with the ginger

  • Take one lemon fruit, wash and cut into pieces with the skin. For faster result, you may retain the skin whereas some people prefer to remove the lemon skin. This is also fine as they are meant to produce similar results

  • Place all of them in a cooking pot and pour about 650 - 700 ml of clean drinking water

  • Boil the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes

  • Remove from the fire and allow to cool

  • Sieve the recipe water from the whole mixture and store at room temperature or a bit lower than that

  • Your recipe is ready. Keep out of reach of children

Serving The Mixture

  • The natural honey is added to the mixture each time it is being served. The honey serves both for tasting (the mixture will have a natural bitter taste after preparation) and for other medicinal purposes which is beyond the scope of this post

  • Take about 100 ml of the liquid mixture and drink as the first thing in the morning say about 45 mins to an hour before breakfast

  • Take about 100 ml of the liquid mixture as the last thing in the evening after dinner, say, an hour before bed time

  • Repeat the same step for three (3) days since what we prepared was just for three days

Note: It is not encouraged to prepare any juice that will stay for too long. This is to avoid the case of spoilage since we are not using any form of preservatives

You are going to experience a tremendous result within one week of use. Mind you, to track the changes, you need to check your weight before and after one (1) week. This is usually the best tracking technique for weight loss and gain.
